Our Staff is a little different than most churches. Bro. Johnny has been at LOBC  since 2004. He served as Student Pastor/Associate Pastor but in April 2018 the church called him to become our Senior Pastor. Bro. Donny has been at LOBC since 2008 as our Minister of Worship. Bro. Frank started in 2015 as our Minister of Education and Children's Minister . Bro. Mike Fielding started in 2018 as our full-time Student Minister. Kaleb Morgan started in 2020 as our part-time Media/Technical Coordinator. Nicole Trest started in 2021 as our part-time Children's Ministry Coordinator. You'll see us laugh a lot, cry at times but you'll always see a unified staff that are as close as blood brothers. We all have the same desire..."to advance the Kingdom for God's glory!"
